Is there a way to excercise to get them, or any suggestions? They are definitely hot and I would like to know if they're just something you have or something you can get... Thanks:)
Yes, they are genetic but if you do have them weight and exercise do play a role. They are more prominate in slim and toned people. Also good posture will make them more visible. Finally, the last part that you can not control is the thin or thickness of tissue on your back. Everyone wants them but few have them. Just join the crew if you dont have them.
Exercises: anything pertaining to the lower back. *remember to do core exercisis b/c your body (muscles and bones) are symmetrical and what is unever needs to be balanced to prevent injuries.
Studies have shown that playing in traffic can achieve this. Its recommended to walk into the center lane during the 5 o'clock rush hour if you want to see the best results. Also, you'll get crazy kudo's if you can get the rest of your zombie friends to follow you. Just walk slowly away from Hollister and im sure they'll follow your lead. Zombies are good at mindlessly following others.
