How much do you get paid for babysitting?

It depends. If you’re still pretty young (which is looks like you are by looking at your profile), it probably won’t be a lot. But it depends on your age, experience, how much money the people have, etc. I’m 19, and I’ve been babysitting for quite some time and I usually get $10 per hour.

like about 7 bucks per hour for a day, if there rich u can get up to 30 per hour for a night… i would say break even at 15 bucks per hour but don’t expect much if ur a guy u dont get paid as much as gals SHAME! jj lol =]

it depends. If they are family friends and its no big deal for you to spend the evening there- like if the kids are mostly asleep, you have access to a great refridgerator, can do your homework in peace and they then take you home after - then you might be happy with $15-20 for the eve, if thats all they can afford. Otherwise you need to find out what the local babysitting rates are for someone your age.
