Hey, I just got apple cider vinegar today, I heard it had really good health benefits, do any of you use it?

Look, scientists, as doctors, think they know everything there to know about medecine, just like historians dont like to accept some new event in history for which they dont know. But the fact is that millions fo people around the world use apple cider vinegar for its known healing properties. Of course just because people use something doesnt mean it actually works but here we must be objective for I do think that apple cider vinegar does have many positive and healing qualities. I know of many diabetics who have use it to control glucose levels and most of the responses are very positive.
Hey!!! Apple sider viniger helps worts go away!!! I use to have a ton of big warts for like 8 years. I started drinking that stuff,and in a few months all of my worts were gone!! I put about a teaspoon of it in a glass of water and had that once a day!!!

You can also use apple cider vinegar or distilled white vinegar to cure athlete foot and toenail fungas. Soak your feet in a solution of 50%/50% water and vinegar twice a day and the fungas will go away..
It is a good system cleanser BUT watch out for the worst tummyache of your life as I had when trying it! I took a tablespoon a day and owww major tummy ache
