Another bullying issue

My daughter is constantly being bullied, whats the best advice I can give her?

Answer #1

there’s not much a child can do but to ignore it. unfortunately, that doesn’t help everyone (it didn’t help me). maybe you should go to the principal and have a conference. my parents did that, and it really helped. to make it work, you have to be stern with the principal and maybe tell him you’ll get a lawyer if the bullying continues.

I dont want to seem like a bad advice giver, but when I was in school I was getting bullied a lot by this one girl, and one day as I was walking to class she came up to me and pushed me, then again and once more, on the last push I had enough, and got soo mad that I couldnt see what I was doing or had no idea that I was doing anything, and finally when I woke out of it all I saw was her on the ground pretty badly hurt. after that the bully stopped hurting me. I didnt get in any troubel, because my mom went to the school so many time to tell them about this girl, and they didnt do anything.

This is a really tough thing to deal with. I got bullied really bad as a child and it finally got so bad I ended up fighting. It took a while but after several fights I started to get the point across and it stopped. For a girl it’s even tougher but I think it will come back down to her standing up for herself. How old is she? If she’s old enough to know right and wrong she will eventually get enough and put her foot down. Good luck and my heart goes out to you! It’s really hard as a parent to see our kids get picked on!

Answer #6

Stand up for herself.
