Anger problems

Okay so im 13 and have really bad anger problems I will lash out at just about everything.its not my fault things just wind me up really easily.how can I control it without seeking medical help?

Answer #1

Anger has many meanings. It might be nervous as a breakdown , or sentimental as a revolt, or selfish as an unsatisfied ego. Sometimes also it can result only from bad sleep, bad food.

Whatever, as long as things stay under control, it may reflect the soul of an idealist as well ; if so, one morning you may wake up like a Dicken’s Scrooge : reversed, and happily calm

Answer #4

you might be bipolar or something… I know it sounds weird but go to a phyciatrist and see if they can do anything for you I know its weird but that is probably best bc it will only get worse.

Answer #5

If you can’t find someone in person who you can regularly use as a sounding-board to vent your frustrations on, then find someone online. It will help you considerably if you find someone whom you can dialog with and discuss what it is that you get angry about.

Answer #6

Haha, I have the exact same problem. I will occasionally just let everything build up until I have these weird, radom, violent moodswings. One time, I actually kicked a hole in a wall. I find it best to just relax and take a time out when something is getting on my nerves and just tell my friends what’s wrong.
