Because your under eighteen it’s hard to say what you should be. How tall are you? I don’t think you should worry about it. I’m fifteen and my bmi comes out at 17.5 so it all depends on if your healthy or not. An adults bmi should be between 18.5 and 24.5 though

Answer #5

I’m short too, 5ft 4.5 :p lol. Umm well your probably just naturally slim. As long as your eating right your fine. if your still concerned then talk to your doctor. Oh also how do you find out your body fat %? Thanks

112 to 136 (8 stone to 9 stone 10 pounds) is normal for your height, so you, at 95 pounds, are underweight.

How to GAIN weight?

First, determine from the information below, what your weight should be. Then set yourself goals of a week, 2 weeks, a month, 3 months, 6 months and a year. As you see yourself meeting your goals it becomes easier.

BMI (Body Mass Index) is a measurement of body fat based on height and weight that applies to both men and women between the ages of 18 and 65 years.
