Ok, so I’m a 13 year old female. I weigh 112 pounds, my height is 5’4 my mesurments are… Waist: 28 hips: 36 butt:38 I wear a size 7 in jeans. Is this considered overweight?

You are not overweight, you are really kind of underweight, your average weight should be 115lbs-120lbs.
