I suggest pilates. Ive been doing it for a couple weeks and I feel great. Everyday I suggest to do 4 sets of 10 squats ( work your way up to 20). Each day. 10 push ups and 10 sit ups. So you will do all those 4 times. Also fast walking, jogging and running. You could buy a pilates cd also. And watch your diet. :).
Breakfast: turkey bacon instead of actual bacon
Egg whites in a bottle instead of eggs
Whole wheat bread, straight up brown with light butter.
Lunch: make it light. And small portions.
Snacks: healthy smoothies. Filled with fruit.
Dinner. Always have salad. With whatever your family makes. Add very little dressing.
Belly Dancing. I lost 2 pounds a week(up until I started building more muscle of it & almost had a 4 pack). Only 4 hours a WEEK. Awesome aye? That's when they had Shimmy on fitTV. Though you can go to youtube & look up some belly dance moves, or even clips from Shimmy. You can also buy Shimmy, or dance DVD such as Rachel Brice(Arms & Posture is good to start with) & Areialla. It's real fun to do. ^_^
Running, scissor kicks, leg lifts, squats, jumps. Some people say its not possible to lose weight in specific areas but it actually just depends on the way you gain and lose weight.
You can look up exercises on youtube, see what looks comfortable for you and what you're looking for.
