6 pack in 4 weeks

hey how do you get a 6pack in 4 week??? please help me

Answer #1

well then if your going to be commited you can do it, heres your 3 steps

  1. Try to run if its sunny outside, if its nto dont worry about it, keep hydrated also, and run untill you cant run anymore, and I want you running at least 4-5 days a week. When your running you have to jog for a minuite then sprint as hard as you can for 30 seconds or so, if you need to rest then walk, if you get a cramp before your goal then run through it. If you want this 6 pack bad enough, you will do whatever it takes.

  2. 3-4 days a week I want you doing crunches, 4 sets of 12, and situps 4 sets and do each one untill you cant stop, you have to really work the muscle. Do that around every other day, cause your muscles need time to rest. If you dont know what crunches are then youtube different crunch exercises.

  3. You have to eat healthy every single day, eating junkfood and drinking pop and stuff is just gona wreck everything you worked for during the day. Eat a lot of chicken, eggs, fruits, vegetables, nuts, oats fish. drink a lot of milk, water and orange juice

I know it all seems complicated and a lot too do, but im telling you it is due- able, and maybe you wont get a complete 6 pack you wanted, but if you follow that I promise you that you will see a huge difference, and if you dont have the six pack in 4 weeks, keep working at it, it might take abit longer, I cant tell how your body works, but its gona take a lot of hard work.

Hope I helped and good luck
