really there is not such thing as a “quick” way to achieve anything not loosing weight or getting fit or even getting abs its litterally impossible I’ve read in fittness books that it takes time for anything to improve with your body you should probably only work out 3 times a day for 30 min each time until your body gets used to it then slowly increase your time to 3 days a week for maybe 2 hrs but dont over work your body you can seriously injure something
