I have looked at many things and I have almost got to a 6 pack. I have a bit of deffiniton but nothing seams to make a obvious outline.
I spent a while getting rid of the small amout of fat that I had thinking that that would help, and it did a bit and that is how I got the slight deffinition.
my girlfriend really likes that it is hard like it should be, but thinks it is funny that there is no deffinition,

So, have you used our site search? TONS of great answers have been given about how to get a six pack. You need to work all three sections of your abs: lower, upper and obliques...and, you need to do cardio to lose the fat, and make sure your diet is in order (as otherwise, even with muscle definition, you'll still have a tummy).
Welll xx if you want a really noticable outline xx then go to the gym regulary and dont eat to much junk food xx that should atleast make the proccess faster x lol x
