5'9" weight help!?!?

okay. so im 14 years old (bout to turn 15) and im 5’ 9” and a quarter, I have big hip bones and have a tiny bit of fat on them. also, my stomach isint as flat as id like it to be. I weigh around 142 or 143 and some days I look skinny some I just dont. how do I tone things up?? fast? also, I have a long torso and long legs, for summer, what type of bathing suit should I get? bikinis look weird on me so I was thinking tankini. thnx!!

lol I’m a girl too but I’m only 5”8 and weigh 125 about but I have sports year round and training when I’m out of school and always eating healthy cause my mom is obsessed lol I do modeling though so I’m always workin at it. but I think your weight is perfectly fine. I’m actualing gaining weight because of track right now and becasue more muscle is forming. its not bad at all to want to be in better shape. I run about 4 miles a day right now and lift once every 2 weeks. I also do about 200 sit ups a night before bed and my stomache is in dang good shape. but I’d give anything to be able to eat what I wanted and exercise less so dont stress to much about it

I am 5’8 and weigh the same as you, and my stomach isn’t as flat as I would like either! My BMI is 22 and that is normal and considered to be a healthy weight. Your BMI is 21 which is great, so don’t worry about your weight. If you want to tone up your stomach, try doing 50-100 crunches a day and leg lifts (where you lay on your back and hold your legs out straight and hold them about 6 inches off the floor for as long as you can and repeat). Tankinis look great on everyone.

wow you are like exacty identical to me. im 5’9 as well, and lets just say, im not supermodel material lolz. but dont worry. I agree with jlw82. you should do 50- 100 crunches a day. also, its some programs on tv with trainers that will actually work out with you. that’s all I do. having someone work out with you keeps you motivated and wants to keep you wanting to loose weight. I’m not bathing suit ready either so just know you are not alone. tankinis do look great on everyone though. I would try them and when you tone your down your stomach, then try the bikini again. :)
