17 1/2 and want to get my motorcycle permit in california
okay so I read that if you’re 17 1/2, you dont have to take the driver’s education stuff in order to get or drivers permit. so I called dmv and I asked if it was true for the motorcycle permit also and they said yes. but, I tried to make an apt and this girl was just putting me back and forth. I was born on february 19, 1991. so I am older than 17 1/2. my question is… can I get my motorcycle permit without the driver education and driver training certificates?
Even if you could, Getting those two things will get you lower rates on insurance, and may even teach you skills that could keep you alive. I’m just saying. Good Luck!!
If the driver education and driving training certificates is a requirement to have a License permit then you can’t. But in some ways people can get permit without these pre-requisite.(in our country)…lol
