People say water helps but it doesn’t help me. I just try to occupy my mind. Try to eat a full meal 3x a day. (breakfast, lunch, dinner or you don’t have to eat breakfast. A lot of people don’t) this doesn’t mean you should eat as much as you can each meal. Just eat a balanced meal and try to eat healthy. Believe it or not, veggies fill you up when you munch on them. if you don’t like plain veggies then add something to it like peanut butter or ranch.

Getting the munchies after smoking weed is inevitable. You’ll need to have self control in order to not eat. Maybe try chewing gum afterwards.

my friends would say to make sure they did not go get food but right after would punch anyone standing in the way of the refrigerator. lol i just dont smoke weed
