The thing about your body that most people don't know is that it doesn't like to turn energy into fat. Your body is so lazy that it doesn't want to expend the energy that it would have to use to turn your energy into fat. This is why we get sugar highs, rather than store all that energy your body releases it into your system and gives you a massive high to make you burn it all off :) See? School does help (sometimes) :P
well your young other than a major rush from the sugar and caffeine there's really no bad side to this as long as you don't do it all the time but just for one time, go for it. if it turns into an all the time thing all that sugar can lead to problems down the road. but just once is no big deal
You should focus more on the long term as in amount per month not per night. There's 4000 calories in a pound of fat. Change doesn't happen overnight unless it's water, undigested food or poop, which doesn't count.
