What are some yummy, raw, healthy dinner/lunch recipes that I can make?

I don’t mean anything like a sandwich. Something that requires cooking and is a full meal.

“Raw” means no cooking involved. Here is a good pasta recipe:

Use squash or zucchini cut into pasta like strips as the pasta. Put together a tomato sauce by placing all the following in a blender:

6 large tomatoes 5 sun dried tomatoes 2 garlic cloves 1/2 bunch fresh basil 2 tablespoons oregano 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper 1/4 cup onion, chopped 1/2 cup cold-pressed olive oil 1/4 cup lemon juice 4 dates, pitted 1 teaspoon Himalayan sea salt

Place the sauce over the “pasta” and enjoy.
