It doesn't matter what kind, I pretty much enjoy all dressings. Something simple would be great.
I always make my own but not sure of the measurements. I smash 4 to 6 garlic cloves into a salad dressing container with about a teaspoon of salt. Then I add some olive oil, red wine vinegar and a teaspoon of dijon mustard. The ratio of oil to vinegar is about 5:1 and Im guessing I use about half a cup of (light-tasting) olive oil.
It takes about 5 minutes to make... and you can store it in the fridge for about a month.
I use the juice from a jar of jalepenos, add one packet of "Sazon" (the orange seasoning on the mexican food aisle), squeeze a whole one of the plastic lemons into it (I think they're called "ReaLemon") and shake well. A little spicy but absolutely delicious!! :-p
thats good or use olive oil, soy sauce, seseme seeds, and a little bit of water to keep it from being too thick. overall very simple and tastes awesome
Olive oil, wine vinegar, salt and pepper to taste.
I just use olive oil, dash & sea salt.
