Wu Yi tea for weight loss?

I just ordered wuyi tea and I am hoping to see some real life testimonials… not testimonials from people who were paid… I was struck by a nissan pick up truck a few years back and suffered some pretty bad injuries… Starting three years ago, my pain became very chronic and very intense. I was put on Methadone for help with managing the pain and since being started on it two years ago, I went from a nice 138 lbs at 5’5 to a devastating 160 lbs. I am so depressed with my self and my body and it doesn’t help that the only exersize I can do is the elyptical machine on a good day for 25 mins and maybe some light pilates however I will suffer from bad low back pains after. I can walk but not too far. I am going to keep my fingers crossed that it will help along the little exercise I can do and yes, I do eat healthy. So any comments are greatly appreciated!!! Hi,

I just did some research and basically in ONE Japanese study, Wu Yi (or Wu Long/oolong tea, as many of us know it as) helped Japanese women lose weight after eating MORE than green tea did.

It’s important to think about the study in context: it was one study, done on one group of testers, and all that was really determined is that those who drank it after meals lost weight faster than those who drank green tea.

Also, I would suggest not buying into hype and spending loads on ‘Wu Long or Wu Yi’ tea. It’s the same as oolong tea, which is available basically anywhere.

Thank you for that. The only reason I decided to try it is because I can cancell the next shipment in 2 weeks if I do not like it. I paid 4.95 for shipping and handling and I think that if it doesn’t make me feel healthier or anything that it claims I will cancell it by day 13. thanks for your time!
