In my extended family there are a couple of cases where two sisters married two brothers. Their children usually end up closer than cousins, more like brothers and sisters. I notice it's always a very warm and close set of relationships.
There is only one problem with that - in case it doesn't work and you two break up, then he's still family and you'll have to keep meeting him whenever there's a family meeting.
