What is wrong with all my fish?

My betta of 6 years died a month ago. Two weeks after that, I got new ones (they were seperate). They died two days later. This friday, I got a new fish and it died to day. My 6 year old fish lived in a 1 gallon tank and was happy, but I got a 2.5 gallon tank, and everything keeps dying.

There’s probably something wrong with the water… Do you treat the water?

I treat the water. I have Coppersafe which regulates the water and gets rid of fungus

if there’s no oxygen machine in the aquarium, it can make your fish breathless

bettas don’t need a water pump, so that’s not the issue… i wonder what it could be..? :/

hmmm is it specially made for bettas? my friend has BettaSafe…

maybe the petshop gives her the bad ones, she should go to another petshop and buy one more

yeah maybe, but if they were sick wouldn’t they die at the pet shop too…? she could go to another pet shop and see if that fish dies as well because then she’ll know it’s not the pet shop or the fish, it’s something wrong with the tank… or she could ask the pet shop owners tips on raising them.

Have u tried stress coat??? Its common for a fish to croak due to stress….they usually stress due to a new enviroment and water temp change!!
