Hey if you eat healthy..and no junk food and only water…would you lose weight just by that…I mean I walk up and down the satires at school? Would I see a diff in a month???

Yep, you would see a difference in a month. Healthy eating will definitely help you lose weight. Not as much as combined with exercise, but a noticeable difference in any case.
