I have been trying to lose wait so I can look good for my boyfriend but nothingis working and I have been skipping a lot of meals and running I look better should I keep doing this

no. obviously skipping meals doesn’t work genius. it slows down your metabolism making it much harder for you to lose weight. you’re supposed to east 6 small meals a day.
the only way to lose weight is by burning more kilojoules (calories) than you intake.
so if you are in-taking 4000 kJ’s a day, you need to be burning off more than that amount of energy to lose weight.
that is the only way to lose weight. not only that it is the safest and healthiest for you.
People have advised you about losing weight, but no one has addressed the issue you of you wanting to lose weight to look good for your boyfriend. You shouldnt need to do this. If this guy has chosen you, then he loves you for who you are, no matter how you look. You should never want to lose weight for someone else. If you need to lose weight because you are over weight, then thats fine. You should lose weight because you need to… do this for you… not for any one else. Like people have already said, if you want to lose weight, do so in a healthy way. Eat small meals every day. Some people have 3 others cut it down to really small meals and have 6. But not everyone can do this because of school and work and everything. So use which ever method suits your time table. Eat lots of fruit and veg.. but get your in take of protein by having chicken and fish or you can snack on nuts instead. A healthy diet paired with lots of exercise will give best results and help you keep the weight off. Good Luck. x
You shouldn’t have to try and lose weight for your boyfriend. If he truly loves you he will love you no matter what you look like.
But if you just want to look nicer for him, then that’s ok but skipping meals is NOT healthy. Salads have no fat and are healthy. Or you can eat like 6 small meals throughout the day rather than 3 big ones because your metabolism works faster that way.
