Who hates when people worry about their weight all the time on this site?
Sexuality is a strong drive in humans. Accordingly, appearance is perceived as extremely important in socializing.
This site attracts hundreds to thousands of people each day. Many of them are young and needing support in attempting to "fit in" in their social circles. It is natural for many of them to be concerned with their weight, therefore the large number of weight questions.
I don't mind answering the weight questions and am fairly well prepared to give helpful answers. The only time it bothers me is when the same person keeps asking weight questions but really doesn't seem to pay attention to the answers they get.

Edit Oops! Sorry about my rant, I totally read your question wrong, I thought you were saying you hate how we care about people asking weight questions all the time.
Anyways... Yeah I do find it quite frustrating, it seems like a lot of the young ones think in order to be beautiful they have to look like the girls in magazines and that's because the media is setting that kind of example. It really worries be because eating disorders are being developed and causing people to lose their lives just because they wanted to be skinny. If someone IS overweight of course it's okay to start a diet plan but most of these people aren't even close to being overweight.
Well, sometimes people need help :/ and the only place they can get it is off the internet.
I do because dats all I ever see cant people come up with something eles for a change.
people worry about their weight everywhere, not just on this site. get over it.
