Can someone help me make a workout schedule?

So it’s baseball season and I’m a little behind where I would like to be physically. I get out of school at 1 and practice starts at 2:45 so I’m gunna start my own workout routine that revolves around running, leg work, core work, and light weight training(if any). Also, “practice” for the pitchers is basically a bullpen if we haven’t thrown in awhile, PFP’s, bunt drills, and running. So doing a little workouts before practice wouldn’t be too hard.

You can go online and look up workput plans and they give you examples….i suggest getting the exercises you want through the idea and typing up a plan like; the name of the exercise, what day your going to do it on, how long how many reps etc!! :)

If you go to BodyBuilding.com and look through their exercise thread, they have lots on sport training. I don’t recommend creating your own routine unless you absolutely understand what areas of the body each exercise does. I personally recommend Ripptoe’s Strength Routine since it’s the best for the novice and those who just want to stay in shape.
