Running schedule

Help me make a schedule I need a running routine that I can stick to.. One that involes kalistinics and lifting and stretching and running lol

Ok but..on tuesday and thursday I have cheer practice, And monday I have tutoring

And every other friday I have to babysit

I need to be running at least 3 times a week So anyone that is a good schedule maker please help me
