Working Out At Home Or At The Gym?

Where do you work out, how often and what type of exercises do you do to keep fit?

Depends on if I have a spotter or not, normally at home though. Love weight lifting, best thing I ever did for myself.

home no cost and its proven that the best muscle workouts are just doing push ups, crunches, pull ups, dips, etc… and cardio you can just do jogging around the block

I work out once a day at my gym dude you post to much stuff

I have a gym membership. I run atleast two miles everyday on the track/tredmill. lift weights, work my abs on machines, or on the ground. you can use the arch trainer to work your thighs, then the stepper to work your calfs. the gym has everything you need.
