Why won't video uploads work?

Anyone know why my pictures won't work? It says upload and click on it and then nothing happens?

how do i install a video on here? i recored it on my camra and put it on my computer wut do i do then?

It doesnt even look like it's supposed to be a video it just shows as a gray box.

I've only just seen that the upload video from drive button is gone. Wasn't it being used enough?
