Why is my video not working?
It doesnt even look like it’s supposed to be a video it just shows as a gray box.
My guess is that it’s b/c the file wasn’t in the right format…could you let us know what format it was in when you tried to upload then we can make sure to update the uploading feature to alert people as to which file types work and which don’t.
