i click download, then the window pops up then i click run, then run again.... when it says Windows live is preparing ther installer, another window pops up and it says ... couldnt set up the installer, check to be sure you are commected to the internet.... do any of you have the slightest idea why this is hapenning although i am connected to the internet?
what exactly are you trying to download?, what model (words or code like "optiplex 380" or W4682 on the front of you comp) computer are you using?
maybe it doesnt have the minimum requirements?
