Will it go or stay?

I really like this guy. He told me he likes me too. REALLY likes me (apparently) and he REALLY likes being around me. I don’t know why but it feels like im denial whether he’s being genuine or not, even though he’s told my friends, his friends and me that he likes me. I don’t know what to do. I keep thinking I should give up. At the moment we are “meeting up and seeing how it goes”. Is this a good thing? I thought it was because I don’t want to jump into a relationship and it to be “too” soon. We are extremely good friends and have known eachother for about 3 years. He makes me laugh, he’s sweet and more than anything he’s fun. I love the fact he puts his friends before girls, because I do that too. He doesn’t like clingy girls and to be honest I don’t like clingy boys, it’s good to have space. We fit together perfectly. We share the same interests, but also have our own interests which we introduce to one and another. I see him a lot, everyday. We talk, hug, hold hands a lot. Is this seeing eachother? please help!

You have to decide what you want because if you stay at a confused state in your relationship with this guy it will not go anywhere and he will just end up getting hurt. The legality portion of it is that if you both have not agreed to go out then it’s not going out. And of course playing around with boys before actually becoming boyfriend and girlfriend is labeled as a “hoe”.
