Will I lose weight this way?

I’m wondering if I will lose weight. I’m probably about 200pounds(Scales are not my friend)

So I go to college in a different city which is Toronto. So anyway I have to walk about 15 minutes to the train stop and then from the train station in Toronto to my school is about 20minutes(unless I rush). So overall in a day I get about 1 hour(well an hour and 10minutes).

Also I eat way less because…well school restraints, I’m away from home for like 12hours. I bring a lunch from home which usually is left overs from dinner or soup.

Before I only walked like 20minutes a week(yah it’s pitiful) and I ate a lot more. so Will I lose weight quickly this way?

no no really fast but over time you will lose weight
