How can I lose weight without being in danger?

I weigh 132 pounds and I don’t like being close to 40 pounds and I don’t like being in the 100’s but I’ll have to get used to that. But I would like to be like at 110 or 115 pounds because some guys my age weigh less than me, but I know we usually weigh more because we have extra stuff (breasts) but I would still like to be that weight. I’m tall too so that adds to it but does anyone know a way I can get to that weight without putting myself in danger? (like with pills and stuff.) I don’t want to be in danger over weight issues.

if you do yoga for half an hour a night and eat smaller portions you will lose plenty of weight

you could start walking around outside more or if u have a dog,walk him with u if u need company
