Why is this hard?! During Menstrual period?
Okay sorry for the gross details but I started my peirod about 2 days ago. It’s my third day and it’s not as much blood as before. I have been very depressed I cry a lot. I hate how its so hard to go to the bathroom. I serously like cannot go -poo- (yes very sorry about details but im serious). I’ve’e tried and I like strain myself badly now it hurts very bad. Like butt cramps. Ugh I hate this so much. Also its hard to go because when I do blood comes out and its gross and I can feel it come out. It feels wet down there, and at school it feels really weird wearing a pad and feeling it coming.( I am very sorry for the details but I am scared and stuff so yeah help). I serously hate this so much! I want it to stop! :o

if the pad bothers you. Try a tampon and as far as not being able to poop goes…sounds like your just constipated. take some exlax.
You are normal.
constipation during your period is very normal. Drink a lot of water and eat some carrots and raisins and prunes to get things going or just vegetables in general.
The part of being depressed and crying a lot is also normal, it’s part of having a period, feeling icky and just being all hormonal and moody. Get yourself some chocolate for that, it does help.
Then stay away from salty things. That will worsen cramps and make you bloated.
Also it does feel strange using a pad the first time, your period is going to feel strange the first few times you have it. Try using different types of pads I.e. kotex or ultra to see which one you find more comfortable and if you want to get yourself some tampons. They are a lot more comfortable.
