Why Is this Guy not turned on?

So I have this really good guy friend…its probably safe 2 say were more than friends. I definitely know 4 sure he likes me but it seems weird 2 me that hes like never horny.

Like weve casually talked about oral but wenever im like in the mood (which is quite a bit of the time) he kind of goes and does something else.

Am I expecting too much? Is it me thats causing the problem or him? because I dont really wanna have to say “ please may we have oral sex now” if you no what I mean…

if you are more than friends you could probably make the first move not SAYING anything but just start to tease him, or he may just not be ready

like what the person above me said. maybe he’s not ready. but just play it cool with him. you just start talking bout sex or something. like bring it into a conversation. and maybe it will just happen. or tease him. like what the person above said.
