Why is tea good 4 u?

I’ve been drinking lots of tea like Clestial Honey Vanilla Chamomile,Celestial Sleepytime,Celestial Chamomile,Celestial Lemon Zinger,Clestial Peppermint,Blueberry Tea,and Sweet Tea.I know it’s good for you but why?? And when Track season starts can I still drink it a lot of it?

Well I have no particulare experience with any of the above mentioned teas I know for a fact that black tea, oolong tea, green tea, and white tea are really good for you. They’re supposed to help fight off certain types of cancer, like breast lung and prostate cancer. It also helps to burn fat and boost your immume system. For more info I would suggest checking out this Wikipedia page: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Health_effects_of_tea

Tea is super good for you because of the herbs and berries it is made with. You can totally still drink a lot of tea when track season starts, it’s super healthy! Only be careful because some types of tea actually have caffeine, so that might not be a good idea if you don’t want a caffeine crash when you’re running-Sleepytime might not be good right before a race either :) Hope I helped! Good luck with track!

Answer #3

That’s called Theanine (caffeine in tea) It’s found in black, white and green tea naturally so then it’s not so bad and is even said to be good for you. More main stream tea brands add caffeine in the tea to make it more addictive to consumers, because it gives a nice buzz, same with coffee.
