I’ve always thought the same question. I wish it was legal cause I want to try it lol. Truthfully I think America has some stupid laws

I agree with katgores. I think it’s stupid. Why can’t it just be legal? I mean they let people with illnesses use it and it has the same affects after using it just like a person without an illness does. The law is pretty f*cked up.

Actually, the one key reason that Marijuana is illegal in the united states is not because of the effects it has. It is actually because it is not bein controlled. Anything that is sold or grown in the US, or imported must be regualted by the government in some way. Thus meaning, if you wanted to grow it or harvest it you would have to report to the department of Agriculture. Also, When you buy it, you dont pay taxes on it, and for this reason, the government still has a ban on it, because it will be next to impossible to completely control the growth and selling of it on an open market.

Because if they Legalize weed And other stuff you said, then they have to legalize Extacy, And all other drugs that cause harmm , Also what Jashlsell said, not many people ( if any ) have died by smoking weed, but millions die a year by smoking ciggars

josh, you have such a terrible understanding of how agriculture functions, you almost gave me a stroke. By your reasoning, backyard vegetable gardens and farmers’ markets are regulated by the government.

uhm no they dont? using your logic, because they legalize alcohol or tobacco they have to legalize cocaine… how does that make sense?

as for an inability to control the stuff… well the government is doing pretty well with alcohol, tobacco, and prescription medication. I’m sure they’d be able to take on weed…

because if they legalized it there would be many more people that are high. and how would you feel with a bunch of high kids running around?
