Why is if you write a long funmail sometimes you get error page?

It’s happened to me more than a few times. I write a long response to an important question someone has sent me or I’m just writing somebody in general; when I hit sent I get an error page.

Then I have to do it all over again and sometimes I don’t have the time at the moment. Trying to remember everything I said it can get a little frustating.

Most of the time I remember to copy before I send it, but sometimes I forget to. Am I the only one with this problem? Just asking

I just hit the back button and what I’ve wrote is still there ;)

I cant be arsed with copy-n-paste sometimes..

but yeah… I just hit the back button and everything I’ve wrote is still there :p

I use firefox btw ;)

We have a character limit…if you uncheck the “include message in reply” then the character count is lower…

in our new system (about six weeks) this won’t be an issue.

It happens to me as well because of either the character limit or system maintenance (when the little dog video pops up). I, like you, copy before sending. I also hit the back button a lot like clawjaw, but if it’s a character limit issue, the text is gone for good. All I can say is Ctrl+A (select all), Ctrl+C (copy), Ctrl+V (paste) every time :)
