It’s a free style poem about ‘The Boy in the Box’ murder. If you have any opinions on how to improve it or if you just want to comment on it, that’d be nice. I LOVE consructive criticism. :)

Box Full of Baby TM

A boy, a child He’s never smiled Never laughed Always cried

Abused, She bought him to be used Used for sex. Much like her own child

Her daughter, her little girl Mental patient, Mary Not stable, Because of the tourment

The small boy Barely four years of age Found, Face black and blue

In this box, This card board coffin On this trash plastered lot, It’s not where he belongs

Suffering no more, Still, This isn’t right What wickedness is at fault?

Mary knows, She doesn’t say She wont, Not for a while

She comes forward years later She’s got a story in need of telling No longer will she be the only one, Knowing what we do now

Dark and damp was the coal cellar This was baby’s home He stayed down there, For the short duration of his life

Baby cried, teary eyed Mommy didn’t like it

In the tub baby threw-up That got mommy angery She used all of her force, He fell hard to the tiled floor His body had finally taken all it could indure

She disposed of him, Left him in the vacant lot Like garbage, Like waste

One morning Baby was discovered No one claimed him No one called him their own
