Why don't peoples move out of my town?

This might have sound like a dumb question.but it not.I just find it dumb that peoples don’t move out of the town I live in to a better one. If they got the money and everything. They shouldn’t have a reason to stay. I started thinking about this. In school after a senior said he don’t want his son going to school here.then he kinda explain why.he made some good points. The main point he was trying to get across the person he was talking to was that this just not a good place to be in it not barely safe.that true I don’t think people notice what kind of community they living in. It seem like everyone who plan on moving out and getting far in life alway screw it up. Or give up. Or end up getting kill. Like for example: my brother was a senior and all he had to do is take his final and pass. But he quited school when he had less then a month left. Like seriously? That so stupid. I can see peoples making a mistake. But he did that out of his own freewill. It just seem like no one wanna get far. But even tho he quited school (still stupid). I guess he doing good. He living a modern life. Maybe he like a simple life better -.-. But still I hasn’t heard of no one getting somewhere here. So why do you think peoples don’t try to leave or anything like that?
