other is abusing children and letting her boyfriend abuse them as well.Kids told me I am the 4yr old paternal grandmother,the 7yr old has a different dad but I am a grandmother to her as well.they also told his daddy and my daughter.I reported it to NJ DYFS from beatings with a belt of the 4yr old ,tying the 7 yr old to a chair for 3 hrs cause she is picky eater.they make her eat food she hates even if she throws up she still has to finish it.Then the yr old said he was taken to work with the boyfriend and was cold so his dad said why were you cold he said cause he didnt have clothes on because the boyfriend was taking naked pictures of him when 7yr old heard him tell his dad she also said the boyfriend took a pic of her as she took off her undies as she undressed.We called police,they came but since they live in trenton they were ones to handle it.kids told dyfs each time they came here about abuse I then had to take them to sex crimes victims and talked to a prosecutor the night before my grandson told me the boyfriend gave him something he called a needle but not like the dr gives and hurt him and made him bleed he pointed to his butt so I reported it then she talked to each child.They said kids need counseling and all will come out then she could only ask things like is he mean she could not ask outright. Mother had been living with boyfriend after knowing him 2 months.he also has a son and had a tro put out from his baby mom.They told her to find a safe place for the children because boyfriend had to stay away from kids till counseling she did not seem to care kids were with me and took a week of doing nothing,caseworker yelled at her then she came up with her by cousin who lived 10 minutes away and thinks her cousin is great.then a few weeks later she moved back to his house with kids against what she was told.she kept kids away from us and her mom who also was with us on this she knows her daughter is mentally ill and a risk to the kids.now all these things came out 1 at a time first was belt 2 days before thanksgiving .After Dyfs went about beating 4 yr old boyfriend broke up with her and said get out.he didnt want them there and he didnt want to be with her I had called her moms where she had moved back in with and talked to my grandson and he said mom mom kenny hit me with a belt and his mom started screaming at him why are you lying why are you trying to ruin my life ,my gson yelled no im not mommy your the liar .her mom started yelling at her I told my gs dont get upset I believe you and then I talked about picking him up to get him away from her and her crying and screaming.Well the whole month of dec I as asking for him during week cause he was home with just his mom and she was trying to get kenny back and I knew she would take him with her as her mom works and 7yr is in school.In middle of dec she tells him she is pregnant she was on the pill but stayed at his house and didnt take pills in dec.She took 3 home preg tests all neg so she was lying.after xmas that was when kids told us of other abuses.I had called 7yr old on her birthday she turned 8 she also went and told her principle about abuse.she told me where and when her part was so I went march 1 and as soon as we walked away from his mom he told us kenny hit and punched him, we told him we will keep trying to help but lets not talk we didnt want him in trouble.after party he wanted to come home to his dad she said no he started crying and kenny took him to car the mom said well kenny shouldnt even be around kids but dyfs still didnt set up counseling.I also found out she was living w/kids in his house.I called dyfs and told them she has kids around him and I have it on video.they went to his house and kids seemed ok so nothing happened,then her boyfriend,, 2 kids ,moved in with his 70 yr old gram ma in a 2 bedroom appt and dyfs is letting this happen.I called him st paddys day to say hi,all I said was are you dressed in green today,he said no I was dressed by I was bad so I was put to bed this was 2;30mom in background saying if your gonna talk bad about us you wont be allowed to talk on phone I changed subject I just found out you had ear tubes put in I didnt know how are your ears feeling,she said now your punished tomorrow too she said why mommy crying I told him put mommy on phone but she said no an hung up.I left her message on answering machine I dont understand why me asking him normal things and he gets punished this just is not normal.She called me back right away and said well I just dont understand why he tells you everytime I disciple him.I tried to smooth things over so she would not hurt him or keep him in bed for another day but we wound up in a fight.My son went for temp custody in jan they denied it dyfs is in control judge would not even let my son talk.I am so afraid for him an his sister I need help.oh she finally did get pregnant she met him end of aug moved in with him nov and was pregnant jan.3 kids 3 different babys she doesnt work neither does boyfriend they lived off 2 dads support check and food stamps.She gets her nails done and her daughter gets free lunch.She only cares about herselfmy son was very good to her we all were she became horrible after she had the 4 yr when they broke up she caused nothing but problems with my son seeing his son.the first baby s dad was a teen and he did not get to see his daughter till she was 5.3 times was using pills son used condom but somehow she gets pregnan
DYFS (Division of Youth and Family Services) is dividing families all over the state of New Jersey. Parents are crying for help from these sadists who take children because of anonymous calls and unwarranted complaints. DYFS threatens family and uses stall tactics to keep and claim children. They are authorized to enter your house and take your children for unset lengths of time. DYFS officials blatantly lie to judges, doctors and police officers to humiliate and harass innocent parents, most of who do not have the funds to hire lawyers to fight. Each child adopted brings the state up to $8,000 and DYFS is abusing their authority to get rich.
For years, DYFS has tortured and tormented families on taxpayer's dollar and is backed by the Stalinist government of New Jersey. They are given higher authority than police officers, in many cases. The time to investigate DYFS is now. A simple Google search with reveal literally thousands of disgruntled parents who spent years and thousands of dollars fighting unwarranted claims by DYFS. These parents are too scared to speak out, in fear that DYFS will take their children and further destroy their lives.
We are urging you to revamp DYFS by conducting a full investigation into their services. The time has come to clean out all these taxpayer-funded sadists who take joy in abusing their power by harassing parents and ruining lives. As obvious by the 7-0 ruling in the New Jersey Supreme Court on January 26, 2011, DYFS needs to re-evaluate their definition of abuse and neglect. They also need a good dose of common sense.
