Why cant I just be happy?

I so over life depresed just get treatd like sht aLL the time im always tird and upset always crying guys alwys hurt me and it just feels like ma family or no1 cares about me im just so over everythng I dont want to get councling itl make me fel mre worse I just want to be happy. I lost a lot of mates and dun0 why and family I lost heaps they hate me and told me to go to hell just because I didnt agree with them I told them I dont want to have al this negitive sht around me im over it. its makn me fel worse its my aunties and cousins thy said I was just a loser and I jt told thm ta stop judging ma other side of family. ma boyfriend makes it worse treatn me like sht bt dont want to lose him hes al I got. and ma dad I love him mre thn anyone

your life probly sucks cause you let it if you stop worryin about everybody else and juts worry about urself ull probly be ahppyer

The thing is, although counseling makes you feel worse, it does help in the long run. For example, counselors work on words like always (guys always hurt me) or no one (no one cares about me). And I know it is a lot of work. But the reason you cant be happy is because you’re thinking in these black and white terms. It is not likely that every single guy you’ve ever met has hurt you. It is unlikely that you ALWAYS get treated badly. It is unlikely that no one on this planet cares about you. But those are things you work on in counseling.
