Why does my boyfriend keep doing this?

I’ve been out wit my boyfriend for bout 3 weeks, he keeps sayin how amazin I am, how much he loves me and wants no1 else but he keeps doing this weird thing, on a social site he changed his relationship status frm single to in a relationship but then a week later he changed it back to single so I asked him why and he changed it back to in a relationship and put on his message that he loved me and he stayed wit me for th weekend, everythink was fantastic, hes comin over tomoz and staying til monday but I went on a social site and hes changed it back to bein single, im confused xx

sounds like hes trying not to let someone see that he is in a relationship, watch him closely and confront him about it everytime he does it
