Because they can. There’s no “point” to it. It’s just like all the other piercings - it’s an art form. There’s absolutely NOTHING wrong with it.
yeah mainly because they think it is cool I guess… I don’t know how but that must really hurt and get annoying plus how would they get their tongue back to normal if they wanted to??
it looks cool. I was thinking about doing it just a few minutes ago… but I don’t think I will. with the piercings that I want. I’m already over board enough. tounge split is totally out of the question.
for almost the exact sam reason as they would get peircing, tattoos, burnt symbols or scars on themselves, ect its just another form of body modification sure there not for everyone though its all about there personal preferance though they might ike how it looks, feels, it has meaning to them, ect just like some people will get a peircing just to look cool, or new clothes to look trendy ,old clothes because they love vintage, ect everyones different and everyone has a different opinion of what looks good to them
