Well these past few days my knees and legs have been hurting a lot! When I'm sitting down and I stand up, my legs become dead and I pretty much fall down. And when I walk, I get this intense pain in my legs. I been joggin a lot and I been playing hackey sack like crazy! Can that be the cause of my leg and knee pain?
If your body and legs arnt used to that kind of physical acivity it could be a cuase of it. But you should stop doing it and see if it goes away or wait to see if you legs get used to it. But if nothing changes I would suggest seeing your doctor because it could be somthing worse.
