heating pad might work. I get pains all the time in my knees and the only thing that will stop it is a heating pad. it’ll stay litterally forever until I use the heating pad.. I had to go 8 hours through school today with it.. I got out of school about 5 hours ago and I’m still using the heating pad.. this happens quite often but what’s worse, if the pain comes while I’m trying to sleep, I have to stay up extra hours cause it hurts so bad I can’t sleep :( doctors say there’s nothing they can do. pain pills don’t even work.
See a doctor, or call an advice nurse, don’t walk, try an ice pack.
