either go to the doctor or the hospital any hole in your chest is not normal and needs to be looked at by a profesional
unless the hole is really deep I wouldnt worry … I have the same thing its called pidgeon breasted … mine is about an inch and a half deep and my doctor said its perfectly fine… if you want you can get it checked out but unless you have trouble breathing it shouldnt be a problem
