Why did my windows live stop working?
My windows live stopped working and I tried restoring but it did not give me a solution to the problem. Can some one help I also tried uninstalling and reistalling but it wont let me do either.

On my windows mail it sends a code that says
The host ‘SMTP’ could not be found. Please verify that you have entered the server name correctly. Subject ‘hey’, Account: ‘windows mail’, Server: ‘SMTP’, Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 11001, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D
Pardon my ignorance whats the dmp file? And about being anonymous that was a mistake how do I get out of being anonymous sorry im new at this lol
