Why doesn't Windows live messenger show music I'm listening to on Itunes but shows music on Windows media player ?

Itunes is set as default but it doesn’t show on Windows live messenger. I don’t like WMP but messenger keeps showing the music on there.

And you have Windows Live Messenger set to “Show Current Playing Song” or whatever for your status?? Other than that IDK works just fine with my iTunes :P.

Check to see what your default media player is. It may be iTunes at the moment. I have tried before using both iTunes and WMP on the same PC, but have come up with that you really can only use one or the other.
