Why cant I get a girlfriend?

So I am really self conscious. I haven’t had a girlfriend in a long time! Like a year. I feel like it must be because im ugly or something.. But I know that I am not. I just dont know why I cant get a girl or even meet a girl. I am young (22) and I am successful (executive assistant $$$) I work out all the time! I am astute (I read and try to learn all the time) I am talented, I play several instruments, and have won awards for art.. I cook all the time, I have worked in several professions. I’ve designed and built sets for plays and musicals… I was a mechanic, and a sailor. I love camping and sports.. Fishing and hiking… Anyway any advice helps.

…you are very much qualified to be a boyfriend. maybe you’re looking in all the wrong places for a girl? or the wrong kind of girl?

Answer #2

It’s not all about looks and success - girls like a guy with a great personality, it sounds like you need some confidence. Putting yourself down saying your ugly isn’t very sexy to a girl - be happy with your looks.

P.S There’s nothing wrong with the way you look - you’re a cutie. :)

Seriously, judging by your picture you are way above average on the looks dept. so good job! but really, girls like confidence, not like arrogant cockyness, but a guy who can carry himself. Stop putting yourself down, life isn’t about having a partner or having people like you, [which I am sure there are girls who like you..] it is about doing things for YOURSELF, seriously.. have fun, go places, be yourself. Trust me, if you don’t think about it you will be much more satisfied ;].
