Why cant I lose weight when I'm doing everything by the book?

The thing is…I dont really drink much sugar, or eat carbs…and I still cant lose weight, I have a dog and take her on long walks every day, and I still cant lose weight. I dont eat durring the day. I only eat dinner. what am I doing wrong? and why cant I lose weight?

always remember to eat breakfast it is he most imporatnt meal of the day. Cut out on junk food and drink lots of water. Also try this a taespoon of honey with some lemon in warm glass of water in the morning on an empty stomach. trust me it really works also keeps skin clean and spot free. hOPE I HELPED. GUD LUCK

all you have to do is eat healthy foods, and make sure to work off whatever you put in. you’ll have no prblem losing weight. and dont sip lunch! just eat an apple or something small and easy

try fat burners or energy capsules that increases metabolism while you move… downside is you’ll sweat a lot. so far, it’s been burning my fats and letting me show some of the muscle underneath

Well, you should atleast eat breakfast - it’s the most important meal of the day & it gets your metabolism running & then snack on small healthy foods throughout the day - You can’t JUST eat at dinner! & Also try doing more then just walking! Go for a run, go jogging, jump rope, summers coming up - GO SWIM (=, etc. Also getting rest helps with losing weight as well, you should sleep atleast 8 hours a night, studies prove that if you sleep less it’s harder to lose the weight. Your problem is the same as mine. You don’t keep your metabolism going. In order to do that, you must fuel your body. Think of your metabolism as a car. If you don’t give it fuel and maintain it, then it doesn’t work. You also must be active. In order to actually lose fat your body must heat up to burn it. In other words you need to do activity that actually makes you break a sweat, yet not over work your heart and lungs. Only you and your doctor know what that would be. It isn’t just a temporary thing to do. It has to become a change in lifestyle.

You should be eating a good healthy diet with lots of fruit and vegies. Doing excerise helps but you need to mix it up. Its not healthy to not eat !
